Onboarding

Cloud instance provisioned within 1 business day of order. We'll schedule a 30-minute setup session to connect your first 5 meters. After that, you can self-service additional meter onboarding via the dashboard.

$30/month per instance. No long-term contract — cancel anytime. Annual prepay saves 17% (~$300/year vs. $360 monthly).

Note: This product currently bills as a one-time monthly charge. Recurring subscription billing rolls out once we enable the Shopify Subscriptions app — early subscribers will be migrated automatically with no price change.
