Q: Where do you ship?
Continental US (lower 48). For Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or international, contact us for a custom quote.
Q: How long does shipping take?
In-stock items: 3–5 business days. Backorders: 4–12 weeks depending on the manufacturer.
Q: Do you offer manufacturer warranty?
Yes. Every hardware item carries the manufacturer's full warranty. We coordinate warranty claims at no charge to you.
Q: I need CTs sized for my panel — can you help?
Yes. Email info@eenovators.com with your panel details and we'll spec the right CT bundle in one email.

Q: What's the difference between Compliance Scoping ($750) and an ASHRAE Level 1 Audit ($4,500)?
Compliance Scoping is a 10-day desktop analysis — verified EUI, gap-to-target, 3 ECM packages, recommendation. ASHRAE Level 1 includes a 1-day site visit, deeper systems analysis, and a final ASHRAE-211-compliant report. The $750 scoping deposit credits toward the audit if you book within 12 months.
Q: How fast do you turn around Energize Denver Data Verification?
5 business days from receipt of your Portfolio Manager access and utility bills. Rush available for a $200 surcharge.
Q: What information do I need to provide for compliance services?
Typically: Building ID, gross floor area, Portfolio Manager access, last 12 months of utility bills. We'll walk you through this at order confirmation.
Trainings
Q: How are cohorts delivered?
Live on Zoom, weekly 90-minute sessions for 4–6 weeks depending on the program. All sessions are recorded. Office hours weekly. Cohort Slack for ongoing Q&A.
Q: What if I miss a session?
Recordings are available within 24 hours. You can attend live or watch on your schedule.
Q: Are CEU credits available?
Yes — request CEU credits at registration and we'll provide AEE-eligible documentation upon completion.
Q: Can my team enroll together?
Yes. Group rate of 20% off for 3+ enrollees from the same firm. Email info@eenovators.com for group enrollment.
Subscriptions
Q: How does Compliance Watch billing work?
$99/month per building, 12-month commitment, then month-to-month. We currently bill as a one-time monthly charge; once we enable Shopify Subscriptions, recurring billing will switch over automatically with no price change.
Q: Can I cancel a subscription?
Compliance Watch: cancel anytime after the initial 12-month term. ADM Director Cloud: month-to-month, cancel anytime. Past charges are not refunded.

Q: How do I pay?
PayPal at checkout. Wire transfer and check available for orders over $10,000 — email us before placing the order.
